To celebrate the beginning of 2012, Regent Taipei has cordially invited the only Michelin star-rated Teppanyaki restaurant group- UKAI to present its Michelin Feast at Robin’s Teppanyaki and Robin’s Grill from February 9th to February 11th 2012. This is the first time that UKAI restaurant group has gathered their executive chefs from six of their most popular restaurants to come together to showcase their renowned teppanyaki and grill feasts. Among those six restaurants, four of them have received a Michelin one star designation with another one being selected as 3-star Tourists Sites recommended by the Michelin Green Guide. Robin’s Teppanyaki is open for both lunch and dinner; Robin’s Grill is open for dinner only. This time, UKAI is presenting an appetizing nine-course meal at Robin’s Teppanyaki, including Horsehair Crab Assorted Platter, Sea Urchin Flan, Marine Squid with Mullet Roe, Ise LobsterBisque, Sauteed Tilefish with Ravigote Sauce, Steamed Salted Abalone with Black Truffle Sauce and Cream Sauce, Pan-fried 9+ Wagyu Sirloin Steak and Seasonal Vegetable, Fried Rice with Garlic, Fruits Paradise, Opera Praline Cake and Petit Four.
