You are now able to taste the popular Chinese Curio Box Dessert with premium ZEALONG Oolong tea at Silks Palace restaurant. Chef has selected three different flavors of organic Oolong tea that are grown in New Zealand, including Organic Pure Oolong Tea, Organic Dark Oolong Tea, and Organic Aromatic Oolong Tea to pair with these tasty desserts. Above-mentioned tea sets are NT$250 each.
The Chinese Curio Box is once used to store and display curios, it is now used to display handmade curio-like snacks such as Red Bean Pastries, Bird’s Nest Egg Tart, Donkey Rolling (red bean and glutinous rice snack), Wan Do Huang (yellow soybean snack) and more which the emperors themselves once enjoyed and adored. Dessert items are changed periodically. Dessert is NT$480 per set.
