Formosa International Hotels Corporation is back with the new opening of another location of its successful Japanese cuisine restaurant, Mihan. With the flagship restaurant Mihan located at Grand Formosa Regent Taipei and Mihan 101 located within the pristine Taipei 101 building, Mihan expands into the Dazhi, Neihu district of Taipei with its 3rd location, Mihan Miramar. Conveniently located within the bustling Miramar Entertainment Park, the Corporation hopes to bring in at least NT$3 million per month.
Open December 8th, Mihan Miramar is located on the 5th floor of Miramar Entertainment Park. Coming in at approximately 400 square-meters, it has a seating capacity of 168 which includes a sushi bar that can seat up to 16 and 4 private rooms with a capacity of up to 42 persons. The signature interior design elements and style characteristic of all Mihan locations are ever present in Mihan Miramar, with a harmonic juxtaposition of sleek colors, textures, and ambiance reminiscent of the old streets of Japan. The menu brings together the most popular Mihan dishes and specials including a premium shabu-shabu, all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, all-you-can-eat nigiri, delicious Japanese set menus. Premium Shabu-Shabu Price: NT$580~NT$1,280
Chefs have selected premium shabu-shabu ingredients including US Wagyu beef, US prime boneless short ribs, and chicken, along with fresh seafood including prawns, lobster, abalone, crab to give you a variety of choices for your hot pot. You may also select from 3 different soup bases—bonito seaweed, miso, and sukiyaki—to create the ultimate meal that suits your tastes. Each set also includes salad with Japanese dressing, seasonal vegetables, sanuki udon or congee, and dessert.
